Advanced Coaching sessions are completely customizable (private or small group) and focus on a procedural update for current services already offered. These sessions are designed for previously trained working professionals looking to elevate technical skills or as a professional service audit; addressing challenges and refining client experience. 

All trainings include exclusive educational content and continued mentorship/student support

    Day 1
    10am-11am: Brow Mapping (model)
    11am-1pm: Microblading -yearly colour boost (model)
    1:30pm-2pm: Lunch
    2pm-4pm: Lash Lift (model)
    4pm-6pm: Skin Assessments

    Day 2
    10am-11am: Brow Mapping (model)
    11am-1pm: Brow Shaping w. Tint (model)
    1pm-1:30pm: Lunch
    2pm-3pm: Photography and Lighting (model)
    3pm-5pm: Social Media
    5pm-6pm: Photo Editing

    These sessions are structured to build on functional skills, advancing the understanding, results and efficiency in which technicians currently work.

    If receiving coaching on location, the technician must have all the available working tools, products and Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) protocols in place; recommendations will be made as needed. It is suggested that the models scheduled for these sessions be booked at a discounted rate (ie. 50% reduction) and understand that they will be part of a learning environment, which includes having corrective conversations with open dialogue and the possibility of both the technician and the instructor completing the service.

    Models will be arranged for participants receiving coaching at KEPT. Academy. Students will receive a detailed list of items to bring to their coaching session (tools, pigments etc.). Alternative tools and products will be recommended, as needed.

    Small-group discounts are available for multiple technicians training the same areas of focus at KEPT. Academy.
